Inspection Proposal
How does the commercial inspection proposal request process work?
- During the proposal request process, we gather information that you submit regarding the property you’re interested in purchasing or leasing.
- We search tax records along with other public information about the property to understand the size and complexity of the inspection to be performed.
- We review all relevant information, seller’s disclosures and work scope information that you submit.
- We follow up with your contact person to discuss the scope of work requested and consult with them to see if there are any services that might need to be added or removed.
- Once we have come to an agreement on the proposed scope of work and pricing , we send over the proposal for your approval and signature.
- After we receive your signed proposal agreement, we then proceed with scheduling a date for the inspection.
