It goes without saying that this Atlanta weather has been a tad bit unbearable. Ok, majorly unbearable!! This is the type of heat that makes you realize that you don’t want to end up in that place, below us, where the demons dwell. As the saying goes, it’s hot as ____!! You fill in the blank. 
With that being said, I hope that everyone is keeping hydrated and has your blinds and curtains closed to help keep your home at a cool temperature.
Windows are the primary source of energy loss in a home. Having your curtains open allows the sun’s rays to heat your home which forces your HVAC system to work harder. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and keep those window treatments closed.
